This house was a Craigslist find and a steal at $50! It was in terrible condition and took a lot of love to bring it back to life.

It’s a classy east coast Victorian decorated in the California coastal style. It’s huge—it has 9 rooms. This was the first wood kitchen I built from scratch. I lost a few years of my life cutting all those mitered corners. I also built most of the non-upholstered pieces. My favorite room in this house is the kids' bathroom with it's ode to Outkast: "So fresh and so clean, clean!"
